you can appreciate how difficult
it is say something positive
about your work that doesn't
also sound both seductive,
patronizing and crazed.
When other people are that good I
can just say, "Wow, that's Crissie
Cool, cool!", and everybody just
knows what I mean.
Just saying, "beautiful" sounds
like a cop-out and "I'm at a loss
for words", even worse!
Just don't get so good that nobody
"get's it". That's exactly like
being so bad "nobody "get's it".
I've been both places and neither
is any fun.
